GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man is under arrest after crashing into a storefront late Friday night.
A man crashed a car into the Walgreens on Northland Drive NE near Plainfield Avenue NE Friday, Kent County Sheriff’s deputies said in a release. The store was closed at the time of the crash, and no one was hurt.
The driver ran from the crash scene but was quickly found and arrested by deputies. He was taken to Kent County Jail where he is awaiting arraignment on several charges, including operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash.
