Former middle school teacher at WOPS pleads no contest to inappropriately touching students

A former middle school teacher at West Ottawa Public Schools has pled no contest to charges of criminal sexual conduct involving multiple students.

Noah DeHollander, 24, entered the plea in Ottawa County’s 20th Circuit Court on Nov. 10. According to reporting from The Grand Haven Tribune, he was accused of inappropriately touching three 12-year-old male students while teaching at Harbor Lights Middle School in 2024.

According to court records, DeHollander pled no contest to three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a misdemeanor charge. Three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony charge, were dismissed…
