GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A Grand Rapids youth crime prevention organization is calling on other like-minded groups to step up after recent youth-involved shootings in the city.
Founder and CEO of Save a Life a Day William McFadden said whenever there’s a scene involving youth violence, he’s out canvassing the neighborhood and talking with the community.

“We’re here to empower youth and let them be their own voice in the community,” McFadden said.
