Man charged after admitting to shooting neighbor’s dog with crossbow

KENT COUNTY, Mich. — A Kent County homeowner was shocked to find their porch covered in blood and their dog shot with a crossbow in October. A neighbor has since admitted to it.

68-year-old Thomas Webber was charged with animal cruelty for intentionally shooting a dog through the torso while he was hunting.
