Mix 95.7’s Big Joe and Laura Hardy wrapped up their 3rd annual Warm Hearts Coat Drive, and this year’s results show just how generous West Michigan can be, even in difficult times.
The month-long coat drive, which benefits the Grand Rapids nonprofit Neighbors for Neighbors, helps provide warm winter coats to people experiencing homelessness. The organization distributes them directly at Heartside Park in Downtown Grand Rapids, where the need becomes urgent as temperatures drop.
