Two Grand Rapids developers plan to build 21 affordable townhomes on three parcels in the Roosevelt Park neighborhood, including the site of a taco restaurant that closed last year after road construction decimated its sales.
Thomas Ralston and Nick Lovelace of Grand Rapids-based Union Suites LLC are planning the Flower Hill project on about 0.8 acres at 1350 and 1342 Cesar E. Chavez Ave. SW and 642 Stolpe St. SW in Roosevelt Park.
