The suspect in a recent shooting following an argument inside an establishment in Holland Township has been convicted of murderous intent before.
Andrew Louis Harper, 48, was taken into custody Nov. 21 with assistance from the Ottawa County Critical Response Team. He’s accused of shooting two men following an argument Nov. 15 inside a business at 90 Douglas Ave.
