U.S. 131 in Kent County rebuilt for first time since 1958

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – A stretch of U.S. 131 in Kent County has been rebuilt for the first time in almost 70 years.

Crews were scheduled to remove barrels and work zone signs ahead of the extended Thanksgiving weekend, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
