WYOMING, MI — Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan and University of Michigan Health-West have broken ground on a new outpatient orthopedic center in Wyoming that’s set to include operating rooms, urgent care, occupational therapy and clinical services.
Located on UM Health-West’s campus, the building’s clinical space is expected to open in mid-2026, while its surgical center will launch in fall 2027, according to a release. The project includes the renovation of a 30,767-square-foot building on Metro Court SW and the construction of a 50,000-square-foot addition.
Ronald Grifka, president of UM Health-West, said the new center will “bring advanced orthopaedic care closer to home for thousands of families in West Michigan.”…
