GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Mel Trotter Ministries (MTM) declared a “Code Blue” emergency on Friday afternoon as dangerously cold weather is set to move into the region this weekend.
The Code Blue is set to start at 6 p.m. on Dec. 12 and run through at least Monday, Dec. 15.
