OTTAWA COUNTY, MI — Ottawa County commissioners have voted to pay $112,500 to settle a lawsuit by a former commissioner over his job termination.
Commissioners voted unanimously Thursday, Dec. 18 to settle the lawsuit that Chris Kleinjans filed against Commissioner Joe Moss and three supervisors with the Michigan State University Extension service.
