GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Fulmar Development Partners, LLC, received approval for a $560.89 million Transformational Brownfield plan to be reimbursed over 30 years for its expansive Grand Rapids Riverfront Project, according the Michigan Strategic Fund.
The project will transform nearly seven acres at Fulton Street and Market Avenue in downtown Grand Rapids, which includes a surface parking lot and vacant land. The project promises to deliver three new mixed-use towers that will include 670 housing units, a luxury hotel, more than 2,500 parking spaces, 68,000 square feet of greenspace, and nearly 38,000 square feet of retail space.
