Planned Parenthood protest proposal: Grand Rapids to vote on noise restrictions in January

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The Grand Rapids City Commission will vote next month on a proposed change that would set stricter noise restrictions for protesters at medical facilities.

The noise ordinance change will come before commissioners for a vote at their first meeting of the new year on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026.
