GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Some Grand Rapids residents are worried the city doesn’t have enough parking to support major new projects under construction that are expected to drive thousands of new visitors downtown.
The new riverfront Acrisure Amphitheater, already lining up internationally known acts for 2026, will have capacity for 12,000 concertgoers, while the Amway Soccer Stadium will have room for 8,500 attendees for professional soccer games and other events.
