GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — ICCF Community Homes says its “Building with Faith” campaign has surpassed its fundraising goal of more than $12 million.
IFFC says the funds will provide 100 new homes for income-restrained families to become first-time homebuyers and develop 100 affordable rental units. The housing will be developed in partnership with local churches on underused land.
