The restaurateurs behind Butcher’s Union, O’Toole’s Public House and Gin Gin’s have acquired another building on the same block, and are weighing their options for the property as Amway Stadium takes shape nearby.
David Reinert, who co-owns the west side restaurants and bar with his brother, Paul Reinert, closed on the 6,180-square-foot mixed-use building at 444 Bridge St. NW for $750,000, according to property records. The building has two ground-floor storefronts containing Mane Society Salon, and a vacant spot where Arktos Meadery operated before the bar closed in August.
The Reinerts scooped up the property in an off-market deal with previous owner Charlie Secchia, partner at SIBSCO LLC. David Reinert said he reached out to Secchia late last year after noticing Arktos Meadery had closed, and they completed the sale shortly after on Dec 17…
