Nonprofit raises $12.9M to convert church-owned property into 200 housing units

A Grand Rapids nonprofit housing provider has exceeded a $12 million fundraising goal to help turn unused church-owned real estate across Kent County into 200 units of affordable housing by 2030.

ICCF Community Homes announced Jan. 6 it raised $12,899,463 through the Building with Faith campaign announced last May to leverage church-owned resources for affordable housing.
