ROCKFORD, Mich. (WOOD) — A Rockford-area man who police say bilked people out of tens of thousands of dollars is expected to go to trial next week.
Court records show Eric Byrnes, 60, is scheduled for trial Monday on two counts of false pretenses between $20,000 and $50,000 and a count of false pretenses between $1,000 and $20,000 as a fourth-time habitual offender.
