PARK TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A group of property owners is suing Park Township in federal court over short-term rentals, like Airbnbs.
The lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court, takes issue with what it characterizes as the township’s “after-the-fact interpretation” of a previous zoning ordinance.
