A large Grand Rapids-based independent real estate brokerage has expanded its lakeshore footprint with the acquisition of a smaller family-owned realty firm in Muskegon.
Greenridge Realty Inc., a family-owned residential and commercial brokerage with 450 agents in 20 locations across West and Central Michigan, closed on its deal for Nexes Realty Inc. on Dec. 31.
Nexes will retain its office at 880 W. Broadway Ave. in Muskegon, along with its name, branding, leadership and team of 30 agents and four support staff members…
