KALAMAZOO, MI — A 71-year-old woman was found deceased in her apartment by family members earlier this week, and a suspect has been charged with murder.
Virginia Cramer has been identified as the victim by the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety. Police say the killing was the result of domestic violence.
