GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — West Michigan has seen a lot of snow this past week, and it’s still coming. If the roads are bad, the best thing you can do is try to stay home. But if you need to go out and then find yourself in a fender-bender as a result, we spoke to John Schreiber from Car Center about what you should do.
First, he said call your insurance agent or insurance company to report the claim. And if you’re at a scene of an accident, you should also call the police to file a report.
