GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A West Michigan man has agreed to pay nearly $869,000 after admitting to lying on his taxes, federal prosecutors say.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Monday that 51-year-old James Scholten of Byron Center pleaded guilty to federal tax evasion.
