Grand Rapids has advanced plans for up to 25 townhomes in what would be the first for-sale housing component of the mixed-use, multi-phase Boston Square Together project on the city’s south side.
The Grand Rapids City Planning Commission voted unanimously on Jan. 22 to advance Amplify GR and Habitat for Humanity of Kent County’s concept plan for 22 to 25 townhomes at 1150 Adams St. SE in Grand Rapids.
