CHIPPEWA COUNTY, Mich. (WLUC) – A 53-year-old Michigan man was sentenced on multiple charges relating to operating while intoxicated on Tuesday.
Ryan Richard Foote was sentenced to 46 months to 20 years in prison for one count of operating while intoxicated, third offense, with a habitual fourth offense notice, driving with a suspended license, and possession of an open container or alcohol in a motor vehicle, according to a press release from the Chippewa County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Stratton.
