ALLENDALE, Mich. — A Sparta man has pleaded guilty in connection with a series of shootings in the Allendale area that targeted homes and a business last spring.
Riley Leary, 21, pleaded guilty to multiple charges stemming from incidents on May 3, 2025, including felonious assault, carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearms and discharge of a firearm from a vehicle.
Leary and a 17-year-old, whose identity has not been released, were originally charged after allegedly pointing firearms at people near the Enclave Apartments on Becker Drive, an off-campus housing complex near Grand Valley State University.
