OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — A woman was killed and a man was critically injured Tuesday morning when a semi truck hit their pickup truck, sending it into a ditch.
Deputies say it happened in the intersection of Port Sheldon Street and 72nd Avenue around 5:15 a.m. A northbound semi truck hauling a trailer had failed to stop at the intersection and hit a GMC Sierra traveling eastbound on Port Sheldon Street.
