Vehicle flees traffic stop, crashes in Wyoming police say

WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — A person driving a suspected stolen vehicle crashed in Wyoming while speeding away from officers Wednesday, police said.

Around 6 p.m., officers with the Wyoming Police Department tried to pull over a vehicle they suspected was stolen. Instead of stopping, the driver sped away from officers. Police did not chase the vehicle, WPD said.
