Grand Rapids bar hosts Kids’ Food Basket fundraiser

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Visitors to Quinn and Tuite’s Irish Pub in Grand Rapids can attend Family Day on March 7, an annual fundraiser benefiting local nonprofit Kids’ Food Basket.

“It’s a great organization here in West Michigan,” said Kevin Adams, event volunteer at Quinn and Tuite’s Irish Pub.

Beginning at noon, guests to Quinn and Tuite’s Irish Pub can enjoy a free hot dog bar, lunch bag decorating stations and more.

“Each year, we try to do something bigger, something better,” Adams said. “It’s something we look forward to every year.”

In addition to free food and kids’ activities, Family Day will also host live performances from local musicians and presentations by traditional Irish dancers…
