WYOMING, MI – The city of Wyoming is getting rid of outdated zoning rules that prohibited thousands of older homes from being renovated or expanded.
On Monday, March 2, the Wyoming City Commission approved zoning code changes that will impact around 9,300 homes, which are mostly located north of 44th Street and east of U.S. 131.
