WYOMING, MI – A new $78 million mixed-use development is under construction in the Grand Rapids area that will connect to a new pedestrian bridge over busy 28th Street.
The new multi-building development will have 200 apartments and 8,000 square feet of street-level commercial space, including a childcare center, at 1420 28th St. SW in Wyoming.
