Pink Piggy Closes in East Grand Rapids, New Restaurant Moves In
Jyoti’s Kitchen opened last Friday at 2230 Wealthy Street SE in East Grand Rapids. The new restaurantis taking over the former site of Asian eatery and Boba shop, Pink Piggy, which closed in early February.
Authentic Indian Restaurant Jyoti’s Kitchen Now Open
After a month of renovations, Jyoti’s Kitchen is ready to welcome diners, and fans of the previous Boba offerings will be glad to know those drinks are still available!
Owners Jyoti and her team bring five years of experience running a popular pickup-only supper club. Their new full-service restaurant delivers authentic Indian flavors in a cozy, welcoming setting.
Jyoti’s Kitchen Menu
The restaurant launched with a limited menu featuring some of its most-loved dishes. Guests can start with Vegetable Pakoras, crispy chickpea fritters made with potato, cauliflower, and spinach. Plant-based diners can also enjoy Channa Masala, chickpeas simmered in a flavorful onion and tomato gravy.
