HUDSONVILLE, Mich. — Severe storms swept through parts of West Michigan late Tuesday, leaving streets flooded and homes damaged by heavy hail in areas including Hudsonville and Georgetown Township. Residents spent Wednesday morning surveying the destruction.
Among those affected were Georgetown Township residents Mike and Nakia Mix, whose home sustained notable damage.
“It sounded like World War III. It was unbelievable,” Mike Mix said. “That’s why I did take some video and stuff, because there’s definite damage.”…
