GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — An investigation is underway after the Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids experienced a ransomware attack, the company announced Friday.
Goodwill said in a statement that the attack disrupted a portion of their network, impacting how local stores are operated. Goodwill staff are working with police to investigate the incident and get their point-of-sale program working again.
