GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids stores are cash only after a cyberattack.

On Friday, officials from Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids announced they “recently” were the subject of a cyberattack that disrupted “a portion of (their) network environment,” resulting in their systems going offline while they work with law enforcement to “understand the scope” and restore everything.
In their statement officials said they do not store credit card data and have been operating on a cash-only basis while they rebuild their point-of-sale program.
Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids operates stores in Kent County, Ionia County, Montcalm County, Mecosta County, Isabella County, and a portion of Ottawa County for a total of 18 stores as well as an online shopping site…
