MACATAWA, Mich. (WOOD) – A longtime post office in Ottawa County is set to close at the end of April after losing its lease, forcing some residents to travel farther for everyday mail services.
The United States Postal Service says the Macatawa location on South Shore Drive will shut down at the close of business on April 30, 2026. Starting May 1, all retail services and post office boxes will move to the Holland Post Office, which is about six miles away.
