GRAND RAPIDS, MI – A new family-owned restaurant offering Filipino cuisine is hosting its grand opening this month in Grand Rapids.
Ace Marasigan, the founder of the Grand Rapids Asian-Pacific Festival, and his wife, Jackie, soft-opened Adobo Boy at 4492 Plainfield Ave. NE in 2025.
“We live in Plainfield, so this is our stomping grounds. It’s where we have been living since 2008 and where our son goes to school,” Marasigan said. “It’s just home, and we want to bring our culture and introduce ourselves to the masses in Plainfield Township.”…
