GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Grand Rapids is saying goodbye to another eatery.

Lansing-based Good Truckin’ Diner announced on Instagram Saturday morning that after 3 years of serving hot coffee and tasty breakfast, the business decided to close its location at 701 Wealthy St. SE.

Owned by Nick Sinicropi, the eclectic diner serves all-day breakfast with an array of gluten-free and vegan menu choices…
