Kent County man dead after crashing into transmission tower

KENT COUNTY, Mich. — A man is dead after he crashed into a transmission tower in Kent County on Sunday afternoon.

The Kent County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) said around 12:40 p.m., deputies responded to a fatal single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Tyrone Avenue NW and 18 Mile Road NW in Tyrone Township.
