GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The video lasts only a few seconds, and for Anthony Perez-Diaz’s family, it’s hard to watch.
It shows the 22-year-old riding his motorcycle on University Avenue on Monday, May 25, when a white van turns in front of him. Anthony hits the van, falls to the road, and the driver keeps going.
