APPLETON (WLUK) — The Fox River Navigational System Authority will review an agreement with the Department of Natural Resources on the Menasha Lock.
The FRNSA Board of Directors will meet at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at 619 South Olde Oneida St., in Appleton. It’s unclear what the agreement says.
