FOX VALLEY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, United Way Fox Cities and the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation have activated the Community Response Fund 2026 Tornado Relief to support nonprofits and community organizations responding to the July 27 tornado that affected Winnebago, Calumet and Outagamie counties.
“Through our partnership with United Way Fox Cities and the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation we are able to distribute funds through local organizations to reach more households efficiently and ensure funds are directed by people with deep community knowledge and understanding of needs,” said Lindsay Fenlon, vice president of community engagement at the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region.
The fund is focused on meeting both immediate and longer-term needs of community members affected by the tornado, as well as sustaining the capacity of organizations doing recovery work.
