GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Green Bay City Clerk Celestine Jeffreys is stepping down from her role.
The mayor’s office releasing a statement Friday morning: “The City of Green Bay and Celestine Jefferys are jointly announcing that Ms. Jeffreys has made the decision to step down from her role as City Clerk.”
