Neenah Foundry’s parent company has acquired De Pere Foundry Inc. as it continues to restructure its broader operations and expand its newly formed infrastructure division.
Charlotte Pipe and Foundry confirmed in July its subsidiary, Neenah Foundry, acquired De Pere Foundry, but declined to provide details of the acquisition. State property transaction records indicate Neenah Foundry LLC paid more than $1.5 million for the 7.5-acre property at 711-815 S. Sixth St., on De Pere’s west side
