GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary has faced trial after trial these past couple of months, after a storm caused their roof to collapse at the end of June. Things seemed to be taking a positive turn, however, after they were granted temporary shelter at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.
