LAWRENCE, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation have announced that the I-41 south ramp from Scheuring Road in will be closed for the next 30 days.
According to WisDOT, the 30-day closure starts on Monday, September 21, in the Town of Lawrence as crews work to add an auxiliary lane between Scheuring Road and the new Southbridge interchange.

The closure of the southbound I-41 on-ramp from Scheuring Road is part of the larger overall I-41 major project being done by WisDOT that is reconstructing and expanding 23 miles of I-41 from four lanes to six lanes between WIS 96 in Appleton and County Road F in De Pere.
WisDot officials are reminding drivers at this time to stay alert and drive with caution through work zones, as each year in Wisconsin, highway workers and motorists are killed by crashes in these areas…
