CALEDONIA Wis. (WBAY/WISN) – A high-speed chase involving a car stolen out of Green Bay ended in a pond near Milwaukee.
Caledonia police say an officer tried to stop the car early Tuesday morning for missing license plates, but the driver took off, reaching speeds over 80 miles per hour through two counties.
