APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – With work set to begin to widen I-41 from four to six lanes in April, people who live near the project are getting a chance tell the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation what they think about plans to try to drown out the traffic noise. The area impacted spans between Brown and Outagamie counties between De Pere and Grand Chute.
