WINNECONNE, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Winneconne say they identified their first-ever case of “Pink Death,” a deadly mixture of fentanyl, carfentanil, and heroin. On January 24, the Winneconne Police Department received an anonymous tip that a man was working at a local business and appeared to be under the influence of a drug. The tip also gave a partial name and a description of a vehicle he was suspected of driving.
