OCONTO FALLS, Wis. (WBAY) – A woman from Cecil was killed when her car drove into the path of a semi-truck on Highway 32, the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office says. Emergency responders were dispatched to 32 and County Highway CC Sunday morning and found a passenger car with extensive damage in the north lane and a semi overturned in the west ditch.
